    Make your cocktail party planning easy!

    1. For a short cocktail hour before a meal, plan on 3-5 bites per person.
    2. For a longer (1.5-2 hour) cocktail party, plan on 8-10 bites per person.
    3. For a more substantial cocktail party in lieu of dinner, add platters 12-18 bites per person.

    The price per person is a very reasonable alternative to cooking yourself or going out.
